What do cysts on lungs mean? i don't have tb or cystic fibrosis i had a ct scan done and it says their are several cysts and a pluralparenchymal scar

Cysts in lungs: generally implies that you probably have a benign disease [vs malignant disease = cancer]. It can be caused by many things ranging from infections (hydated cyst) to residual effects of past bacterial infections to benign tumors.
