Check it out: Xrays look at differences in density. Chest xrays take 2 views while a ct takes a 360 degree view and is more sensitive. You have a small nodular (round) opacity (denser than the surrounding lung) that only is visible on ct. Xrays take pictures and may not not provide a specific diagnosis. The nodule may represent old TB but you need a doctor and possibly other tests to decide this.
