According to lmp pregnancy is 9 weeks 3 days but gestational sac measuring 5 weeks 4 days with 7.8mm and yolk sac visible but no fetal pole is pregnancy viable or not?

Since ovulation may sometimes be delayed, the measurements may indicate a pregnancy somewhat later than "LMP" dating. Your GYN physician may order a serum HCG and a repeat ultrasound in another 7-10 days to assure progression of the pregnancy.
