Doubtful: Usually when twin pregnancies occur fertilization happens at approximately the same time. The growth should be very consistent with each other. It appears that baby a will not continue to grow. I'm sorry.

I had my first ultra sound at 7 weeks. Fetus had heartbeat of 144 and measured 6w6d. When I meant with OB she said gesational sac was irregular and possible sign of miscarriage. Any hope for it fixing itself? Have scan in a few days.
