Lmp 10 weeks ago after a mmc in march 2015. positive hpt on 4 th june. us yesterday with gestational sac 16mm x 10mm x 10mm. yolk sac seen but no fetal pole. what does this mean?

Possible miscarriage: Based on your LMP 10 weeks ago, we should see fetal pole and cardiac activity today if it is a normal pregnancy. Without seeing a fetal pole, it means it is most likely not a normal pregnancy or a miscarriage. I suggest you to see a OB/GYN doctor for evaluation. I am sorry.
