After my ivf transfer (1 pgs normal embryo) i had an early scan at 5w4d, but gestational sac was measuring only 5.4mm with no yolk sac or fetal pole. im going back one week later when i will be 6w5d, so what should i expect to see? will i miscarry?

Miscarriage: if at your next ultrasound there is still not evidence of a fetus, the gestational sac may also have started reabsorbing. The "miscarriage" may be just a slightly heavier period.
