Pls doc i was diagnosed of hpylori, and taken some medications no bloated stomach and gas again but feel pain in the left abdomen serious pain always not when have eaten but round the clock,moving towards my back ,don't know what to do now.

You should be evaluated again. The current pain seems not consistent with a simple H-pylori related stomach disease. Good luck.
