Youre right get help: Your age, sex, symptoms (nausea, pain, location, fever, etc), history (prior surgeries, childbirth, illnesses), recent foods, & meds are all vital pieces of information needed to answer your question. Even if I could diagnose your problem, you probably still need a doctor to treat it. Could be anything from effect of ibuprofen & imodium (loperamide) you take to something very serious & even life threatening.
