A member asked:

Eye dr says i have narrow angles, no glaucoma, sending me to a specialist. will i need surgery? i'm very scared. i'm also afraid to get my eyes dilated. so scared they will find something like a tumour?

If you have narrow angles the treatment is a painless laser opening taking usually less than a minute for each eye. Dilation of eyes with narrow angles is advised only with caution as that can provoke an attack so the laser treatment is probably a first step. Tumors of the eyes are quite rare and almost never impact eye pressure or glaucoma. The specialist (a glaucoma ophthalmologist) is good.
