Immediately. : She can travel immediately. Altitude or a plane will not affect here recovery, or the other eye.

Now: There is no reason why a patient who has just had laser surgery (iridotomy) for acure angle closure glaucoma cannot fly immediately. It is important that the other eye be checked and that she take her eye drops as directed.
