How blurry? 20/25 vision or 20/400? Discuss your situation with your surgeon. There are many possibilities: dry eye, corneal swelling or astigmatism, endophthalmitis (infection inside the eye), retained lens fragments, cystoid macular edema (swelling of an important part of your retina), rotated astigmatic IOL, wrong power of the IOL (intraocular lens), and more. Prognosis varies with the cause.

First and foremost you want to make sure that your symptoms are not caused by a retinal tear or detachment. That would be an emergency. You should see your ophthalmologist ASAP.
