Sir i had gangrene due to aortic thrombos in small intestine 11 months ago i underwent ileostomy surgery. now tablets icosprin-75, cravast-20 are on, but blood comes from my latrine and hemoglobin is 8 and does not increase. ct angiography normal?

Both anti coagulation and any lesion in the GI tract could cause this. Best to let your GI doc/surgeon know and get investigated further. good luck
