The lab values in your question are excellent, and while your platelet level is high, your current levels will not affect the spinal tumor surgery adversely.

Your blood counts are nearly normal. There is a wide variations in the number of Hb. , WBC and Platelet count which will differ each time you have a repeat testing of your blood counts. So I do not think there should be significant risk from undergoing surgery for your spinal tumor. There is of course some small risk from any major surgery in otherwise healthy people but that risk is unavoidable.

None of the hematological values would predict bleeding or clotting complications from a spinal surgery performed by an experienced team. This part of the preoperative studies appears reassuring.
