8 wks post-op gastric sleeve surgery. down 70#'s blood work came back w/low hematocrit, hemoglobin & mpv were low. folate (folic acid) & b12 were norm what's wrong?

Post op anemia: Most likely is a reflection of some blood loos during the surgery, which is not unusual. It takes around 3 months for your blood levels to normalize. At this point it is very unlikely that your anemia is due to some sort of vitamin deficiency. I would not worry about. Just continue taking your vitamin supplements. And follow up labs in a few months.
