I had a urine test done today. protein is 1+ and bilirubin is 1+ im not peeing a lot im having right side pain lower stomach pain and bloating and nausea ive been eating a lot of ice lately. but urine is yellow should this be concerning?

Most likely your urine was concentrated, perhaps because of limited fluid intake before collecting the specimen. Have another urinalysis after a few hours of drinking lots of water or other fluids. Most likely these minor abnormalities will be gone and your urine lighter in color. Discuss with your doctor if there is no change in your urine results.
