See your doctor: You may be having a yeast infection or dry mucosal skin which is a side effect of all three of your medications. If you have dry mouth as well you may need to drink more water to over come the drug side effects. If you are about to get your period you may have these symptoms and uterine pain is referred to the lower back which is why you get low back ache during childbirth.

More tests: Kidney discomfort is usually on the side and back just below the waistline. If you're still having a lot of pain i recommend some imaging tests to check for kidney stone, etc. Urine testing may be negative if urine flow from the left kidney is completely blocked. Musculoskeletal pain would be aggravated by bending, turning while kidney pain may not be.
