Are you experiencing urinary symptoms? In my opinion, these findings do not appear to be significant. For sake of completeness I recommend having a careful clean catch urine specimen sent for urine culture& colony count as well as a microscopic examination of the urinary sediment. If these are all normal, no worries.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Wish you good health!
