I had stomach upset , bloating fullness and nausea for the last 2 days but today i have pain in area below the navel and very mild pain on the right side of the stomach . my urine culture showed nothing. what could this be? no other symptoms?

The abdomen has many organs and any of these can cause these symptoms. It could be from indigestion to an infection. I do not know why a urine culture was ordered when you have no urinary symptoms. PL see an MD for a good exam then appropriate testing if he/she cannot make a diagnosis clinically. Good luck.

A kidney stone lodged in the right lower ureter is a possibility. In my opinion, your best bet is to go to the hospital ER and have studies like microscopic examination of the urine sediment to look for red blood cells as well as having an ultrasound or renal stone CT scan.
