I am 19 years old male, i had bilateral mild hydronephrosis so i had posterior valve resection 5 months ago. now i have recurrent urethral stricture, upper back aches, i am sleepy all the time, i have general weakness. please suggest what should i do?

Your urologist can reevaluate your hydronephrosis with urine and blood tests and ultrasound. If this evaluation doesn’t explain your symptoms, then see your pcp.

Your symptoms are not a result of urethral stricture. That causes poor urine flow and/or burning. If your mild hydro-neph was from urethral valves it will take time to resolve. Stay with your Urologist for the stricture and see your doc to find cause of your other symptoms. Hope you do well
