Patience. The ureter did not get large in 5 days and it will not shrink down in 5. It is a tissue structure not a rubber balloon. In 2-3 months it should be on its' way to becoming a more normal size. With the backpressure off the kidney, the procedure has done what it was supposed to do. Please discuss this with the doc who knows all the factors of your case.
