I had bilateral mild hydronephrosis from 4 months. upon diagnosis i got posterior urethral valve ablation. a month since my surgery still hydronephrosis hasn't resolved yet, i wonder how much time it would take to completely heal. i am 18 years old?

Depends on how bad and for how long you had hydronephrosis. Ask Dr who has seen the x-rays and did your surgery what their experience has been in folks like you who they did what they did on you.
