18 year old male, bilateral mild fullness, urologist suggested urethral stricture. cystourethroscopy performed and posterior urethral valve found and ablation was performed, 5 days from my surgery, still have bilateral mild hydronephrosis in kidneys?

Posterior urethral valve is a congenital malformation leading to urinary outflow obstruction from bladder. Hydronephrosis is not expected to subside in short period. I wonder about the status of your kidneys' filtering function and your growth parameters.
