How painful is a full or partial bowel obstruction? im able to pass small amounts of stool and gas but still feel like i cant fully have a bowel movement. i have been on a clear liquid diet for the last few days for possible diverticulitis?

Clear liquid diet can cause reduction in the volume and frequency of stools. In full bowel obstruction there is bloating, pain.no gas or stool coming out and nausea, vomiting, In partial the symptoms vary. Pl stay in care of doc treating you and any symptoms you worry about - let them check you. I hope you do well
