See GI: You describe 8 weeks of abdominal cramping, bowel movement every two days, painful gas, and epigastric pain. I noticed that you have had an MRI of the abdomen. Please follow up with a gastroenterologist for complete evaluation and treatment of these symptoms.

Possible: Irritable bowl syndrome. If stool cell count and fat are negative it makes inflammatory bowl disease and malabsorption less likely. Discuss with your doctors if ibs is likely diagnosis and management.
