Everytime I eat I have a bowel movement after, even small meals. the stools are watery. I also lot of gas. Should I be concerned for colon Cancer?

Watery stools: It could be inflammatory bowel disease or some kind of infection etc. Usually colon mass (cancer) causes obstruction. Please see your gastroenterologist to make a definitive diagnosis.
