You should have a kidney/ureter/bladder ultrasound to look for renal stones. Renal stones can be non-moving and thus, they don’t cause the typical pain. But, they can get infected and result in problems like this. The other possibility is that the bacteria are only partially treated with the antibiotic given-you should treat it with a different antibiotic and repeat the culture on the antibiotic.

Keep the vagial area clean with soap and water, take some cranberry juice, drink plenty of water and if did not have then have imaging of your urinary tract by ultrasound or IVP. good luck
