Cystoscopy done 8 days ago.ever since very frequent urination& pubic pressure .saw urologist yesterday.they checked & no uti .she said i can still be irritated from the procedure.prescribed me pyridium.she said i will be fine.i'm terrified it's more?

I assume that a flexible cystoscope and not a rigid one was used during your procedure. Although post cystoscopy symptoms usually resolve in a couple of days you don't have the worrisome symptoms of bleeding or infection. I would be reassured by your urologist, who got a good look at your bladder,that there's no significant bladder pathology. Check in again with her if symptoms don't resolve.
