Symptom free & UR OK: Has urine been check microscopically or a catheter specimen? That should have been next step. Was urinalysis repeated when u had the cystoscopy? Urine dipstick will show falsely positive for wbcs from vaginal epithelial cells. Now you are clear after possible overinvestigation. I do not think you need anything other than a repeat urine test with microscopy in 3 months. Consider another dr.
