Hard to say: Pain in the Kidney area with fever will suggest Pyleonephritis. Uncomplicated UTI May cause dysuria. Suggest a second opinion or urgent care evaluation if symptoms persist

Been on Nitrofurantoin, Cephalexin, and Ciprofloxacin(last day) for uti. Low grade fever past 2 weeks, nausea, little appetite, pressure in lower back between hips, rib cage, side and now have blood while urinating for 4 days. Kidney infection?
Uti Macrobid 10 days. No help. Now kidney infection 500 mg cipro (ciprofloxacin) 2xday. Been 4 days still symptomatic. 3 days left on meds. Dr didn't culture urine.

Back pain for several days, was on Nitrofurantoin mono. Couldn't finish the last pill. Went back for uti and was prescribed Cephalexin liquid medicine. Just took first dose a few hours ago. Now have a low grade fever and nausea bad. Kidney infection?
