I was at work and i splashed a bunch of dirty dishwater into my eye. its been over 24 hours and my right eyelid is a little inflamed but so far no redness or pain. should i worry? ive been using an eyewash, eyedrops and stye cream just in case?

You had watched your eyes after the accidental flash and that was enough. There is no need to use eye drops or stye cream prophylactically. Your eyes should be fine. Your eyelids are mildly irritated but infection could not happen that fast. Take care.
