2days ago i woke up with a bump on lower lid and redness on eyelid. now my under eye is swollen puffy and red. classic stye progression?

Yes: Given the timing of the symptoms, most likely it is a stye and not a chalazion. Continue using wash compresses as much as possible. It the pain or swelling worsens, then a topical or oral antibiotic may be required.
