Hi, the end of my left eye the inside is red could it be a stye or pink eye or a popped blood blesses? will the redness go away on its own? can i apply eye drops or a warm compass to help the redness go away?

Warm compresses will help with relieving a sty. If there is local broken blood vessel with bleeding on the white of the eye, this needs time to resolve. If there is redness, oozing you may need antibiotic drops from your doctor. Best to have this looked at by your doctor, someone who will be able to follow the results of any treatment.
