Thyroid blood work is normal. ultrasound showed nodules/cyst. is it possible to shrink multiple tiny nodules on left side of thyroid ( less than 5mm) and one complex cyst(no vascularity)left side of thyroid about 5 mm exactly with medication?

Your thyroid function is normal so you won't be treated and no other med can shrink the nodules. You will need a follow up ultrasound in 12 months just to make sure the nodules have not changed. Good luck.
