Yes, some: You need to see an endocrinologist.. Who would likely do a fine needle aspiration(fna) biopsy. Thyroid cancer needs to be ruled out by further testing. It has to be a consideration in your case. But thyroid cancer is easily treatable and highly curable(>95%).
