My neutrophil count, specifically, has continually decreased over several (6) years from 3300 (wbc 6700) to 810 (wbc 3250). i have no symptoms, no infections, and feel healthy. all other blood counts are normal. mchc slightly low. possible cause?

You posted this question before without the total white cell count for both times. With these new info, then you definitely had neutropenia with the second result. Another CBC should be done and if neutropenia persists, you should be referred to a hematologist even you are completely asymptomatic and you feel healthy. Good luck.
