Lab data: These results are meaningless without a clinical history and exam results. Although you have micropyuria and hematuria cannot be sure of the significance without knowing the problems you are investigating and the manner in which the urine was collected. It would be helpful if you provided the remainder of the cbc, but not without expounding on reasons it was done.
