I was told i have a uti infection and i'm on bactrim. i went for an outpatient procedure today and my blood work showed: high absolute neutrophils, low hgb, and high wbc. is this from the uti?

High WBC (leukocytosis) and high absolute neutrophils (neutrophilia) could be due to UTI but not low Hb (anemia).
