You don't mention any hearing loss. I assume you've been examined by an ENT specialist. If you're still concerned about your evaluation,testing& advice, I recommend consulting a neuro otolaryngologist at the department of otolaryngology at a university hospital to determine if any further testing such as tympanogram or a CT angiography of the head is advisable.
