When leaning head to left shoulder, right ear has pulsatile tinnitus 4 a year now. is this serious? mri ct scan normal . no high bp no health issues

Tinnitus: Hi, if the pulsatile tinnitus has been stable, and MRI brain is normal, it's probably likely not serious. not sure if you had MR angiogram to evaluate blood vessel problem that may be contributing to this, but if your tinnitus is worse, or has associated dizziness and hearing deficit, you should see an ear nose throat specialist.
