Another MRI is almost certainly to be normal, and your insurance will not cover it. The likelihood of finding a lesion to explain tinnitus is virtually nil. There is NO medication or supplements which can suppress tinnitus, but wonder about your diagnosis. Has there been consideration for Meniere's Disease?
