Neuro-Otologist: You may want to have this evaluated in more detail by a neurologist or neuro-otologist. The tinnitus may be related to a condition of the inner ear and a neuro-otologist may be able to examine this more closely. Dural arterio-venous fistulas may rarely present with pulsatile tinnitus. However, these are usually seen on mri/mra/cta.

See an ENT: Pulsatile tinnitus is due to a change in blood flow in the vessels near the ear. Pulsatile tinnitus can have many causes. If a specific cause is found, this may point to a specific solution. See an ENT for consultation.
