I feel like i am going to go cross eyed & feeling shaky in my neck & head. some bad pain in my neck at the top of my spine & some pressure and light ringing in ears. eye exam good mri clear 18 months ago can something change that fast that is serious?

Yes. Brain hemorrhage, stroke tumor. Encephalitis. Your Body is talking to you. Listen and take good notes. Like when does it start/stop? Where does it go? What makes it better/worse? How long does it last? Medication helps/worsens? Share with your Drs and you all will figure it out.
