Does iih present with 24/7 pulsatile tinnitus in one ear only that relieves when you apply pressure on neck, right below jaw line? mri, ct, cerebral angiogram and opthalmologist confirm no evidence of papilledema. should i get lp as final test?

Analysis: The pulsatile tinnitus sounds like transmitted sound from the carotid, and likely of little significance or correlation. Have a hard time substantiating any intracranial disorder based upon all your normal findings. Cannot justify a spinal tap based upon all of this data. A different approach might involve a Concierge visit with one of the HealthTap doctors to assess the next directions.
