It is not feasible to be precise or accurate based on your post, but the description raises suspicion in my mind of palatal myoclonus. Alternatively, would have your dentist check your jaw for TMJ dysfunction. An experienced neurologist may be needed.

You may have a displaced disc in for right Temporomandibular joint. You may want to have your Dentist evaluate and Rx or refer if you do have joint damage.
