I have black spots on my feet, it's not itching neither is it irritating, but i could feel pain in my feet if i sit or stand for long and also when i'm walking. my doctor said it's nothing serious but i'm kind of scared. what can i do please?

This forum may not help you unless you do video telemedicine so the spots could be evaluated appropriately; another option you have is to seek second opinion by a clinician that could evaluate the spots on your feet. It is also difficult to say the cause of the pain you have without a more comprehensive evaluation, and they may not be related to each other. Being scared does not solve the problem.
