In the middle of my sole of my right foot, just below where the ball of my foot be, there is a tingle every once in awhile. always the same spot. not all the time. no pain, or burning. if i scratch it, it itches more. what could it be?

A good podiatrist: should be able to assess and likely diagnose this. But in the meantime - wondering if more pressure is being placed on that area of the foot? It is recommended that regularly (daily) alternate wearing your different pairs of shoes.

Several things: It sounds like you may have an allergy on the skin or prior insect bite. I don't think it is a serious problem but it would pay to have your family physician look at your foot.
