Hi, i have been getting these white little spots on the sole of my foot. not sure what they can be? they are not painfully but are starting to get sensitive when i walk barefoot for long periods. should i go and see a doctor?

Well. I have to admit after 40 plus years of treating feet I am not aware of your description of your situation. Even after walking barefoot white spots are not normal. I would seek a medical opinion and diagnosis.
