Renal cysts ;there are several varieties those that appear to be pre-cancerous, which are usually the septated or lobulated ones. Benign renal cyst are usually hollow or filled with fluid and circular without any complexity. Consultation with urologist is indicated to determine if a renal cyst is serious or not or needs further evaluation.

!.2 cm is the size, a cyst is a cavity filled with fluid, lower pole is the lower part of the kidney posteriorly is at the back of. It is relatively small and will be followed by your doc/ Urologist and needs no treatment. Take care
