You need to follow up with your urologist to determine what this means. You may need a plain x-ray of your pelvis to determine what this finding represents. There are many possibilities so follow up as soon as possible with your urologist so this can be diagnosed. Good luck to you!

If you mean you had a biopsy showing CA- then your Urologist should treat you. It can be treated
