Normal BUN/Creat of 20 or less is just a reference which provides the clinician a hint when dealing certain medical condition. In general, a high ratio above 20 is NOT important as long as both BUN and creatinine are within normal limits. In contrast, the ratio can be normal, less than 20, but the kidney function is remarkably abnormal, give example BUN of 23 and creatinine of 2.0. Take care.

These findings are within normal limits. If there was anything wrong the ordering doc would have contacted you re it.
